The first property we made an offer on was a short sale. Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process to us, and was diligent in her follow-up with the seller’s agent and in keeping us in the loop. After a very long wait, the bank ultimately did not want to work with the homeowner/seller, and we were unable to make the purchase.
